Journey2Inspire is my personal travel and photography website, where I share destinations I have explored through personal stories, practical observations and original photography.
I started the website during the COVID period as a way to learn how to build a website and create a home for my travel photographs. Over time, it has grown into a collection of travel experiences covering destinations, architecture, gardens, culture and everyday discoveries.
Who writes Journey2Inspire?
Journey2Inspire is written by me, Seri Sirinopwongsagon, a Thai traveller and photographer based in Bangkok.
Travel and photography have been part of my life for many years, alongside my professional career in marketing and communications. The stories on Journey2Inspire reflect what I have personally seen, experienced and photographed during my travels.

Some are places I have returned to several times, while others come from a single journey. My articles are based on those experiences, supplemented where appropriate with historical, cultural and practical information to provide useful context.
Are the photographs on Journey2Inspire original?
Yes. The travel photography featured throughout Journey2Inspire is primarily my own photography, taken during my journeys.
Photography is an important part of how I document a destination. I often look beyond major landmarks to architecture, gardens, streets, neighbourhoods and everyday details that help tell the story of a place.
What kind of destinations does Journey2Inspire cover?
Journey2Inspire covers destinations across Asia and beyond, with a particularly strong focus on Thailand and other places I have personally explored.
The website includes cities, cultural and historical landmarks, architecture, gardens, neighbourhoods and less obvious places that I find interesting along the way.
Rather than trying to cover everywhere, Journey2Inspire grows naturally as I travel and revisit destinations.
What are Visual Stories?
Visual Stories are photography-led journeys through a destination or experience.
They complement the written travel pages by allowing the photographs to tell more of the story — from landmarks and architecture to street scenes, landscapes and smaller details that caught my attention.
How do you choose the places featured on Journey2Inspire?
There is no fixed checklist. I write about places I have personally visited and found interesting enough to photograph, explore or learn more about.
Sometimes it is a major destination. At other times, it might be a neighbourhood, an old building, a garden, an exhibition or somewhere I simply discovered while walking around.
That sense of discovery is an important part of Journey2Inspire.
How current is the travel information?
I aim to keep Journey2Inspire useful and accurate, but travel information can change.

Journey2Inspire is primarily a personal, non-commercial travel and photography project.
